Ceramic fiber paper is made of selected aluminum silicate ceramic fiber cotton as the main raw material by wet forming process. It is characterized by no asbestos, uniform fiber distribution, white color, no delamination, less slag ball, flexible adjustment of bulk density according to use, high strength (including reinforced fiber), good elasticity and strong machinability. Because of the different temperature, it is divided into three kinds of materials, standard, high aluminum, zirconium ceramic fiber paper.
Fire protection: Maintain full shape and size after a large fire. High temperature resistance: there are two kinds of temperature resistance: 1260ºC and 1400ºC.
Heat insulation: can effectively prevent or slow down the heat transfer, 800ºC thermal conductivity can be as low as
0.12w/(m.k).
Insulation: inorganic silicate material, high temperature non-conductive.
Sound insulation: high noise reduction coefficient. Sealing: It has certain elasticity and can be used for high temperature sealing.
